Learn It Well is a platform that connects students with expert teachers for personalized, one-on-one lessons in various skills. Lessons can be offered online or in person, and all instructors on Learn It Well are carefully vetted professionals.

Our platform helps students discover teachers, book lessons, and manage their learning experience, while helping teachers organize their schedules and lesson bookings in one place.

How does Learn It Well work?

Students browse teachers by skill, view availability, and book lessons directly through the platform. Learn It Well handles lesson scheduling, payments, and communication between students and teachers.

For teachers, Learn It Well provides tools to manage availability and automatically sync booked lessons with their calendars to avoid conflicts and double-booking.

Why does Learn It Well request Google Calendar access?

When a teacher connects their Google account, Learn It Well uses Google Calendar access only to create and manage Google Meet links on lesson-related events.

Specifically, Learn It Well uses Google Calendar for the following purposes:

• Creating lesson events on your Google Calendar and retrieving Google Meet links
• Updating lesson events when a lesson is rescheduled
• Deleting or canceling lesson events when a booking is canceled
• Reading event metadata only when necessary to prevent duplicates or update the correct event

Learn It Well only accesses calendar data necessary for lesson scheduling and does not use Google Calendar data for advertising, analytics, or unrelated purposes.
